HRC Turkey Trot
Free community event Thanksgiving Morning
Start Thanksgiving morning right!!, with a little fresh air and exercise (it means you can eat more turkey and pie, right?)
HRC have been hosting this free event since 2015, and in recent years, we have had over 300 people come out and join us. We have also been able to donate 100s of pounds of food to PORCH. We thank you all for your donations over the years.

Farmers Market Pavilion, 144 E. Margaret Lane, Hillsborough [note this is a change from past years events]
Schedule
8.00am 1 mile chase the turkey
8.30am 5K almost entirely on the Riverwalk and Gold Park
Details
No Registration, just show up Thanksgiving morning.
Both races will start on time.
This is not a chip timed event, although we will endeavor to have our timing clock set up, so if you are interested in your time, you will see it when you finish. Both the 1 mile and 5k courses have been accurately measured.
There will be awards for top 3 male and female finishers
We will also try and take photographer on the course, and make those available after the event via this page and our Turkey Trot FB page.

We collect cash, and non perishable food items for donation to PORCH, so please bring a few items for donation. Thank You.
